Vorstadtprinz — Restaurant in Vienna

Tried this place a few times and keep impressed with the quality of service and food. It offers a variation of pasta and main dishes (eg calamari) without pizza, which I personally find refreshing after experiencing that at each kiosk, corner and bush self-made pizza "masters" pretending to be original. The restaurant' pasta, from quality ingredients, some fish food -all well served and the waiter is being in a good mood which that makes the place...

Not recommended at all. Waiter was lovely, and that’s where the positives ended. Hard to make a bad pasta, but the Bolognese was brown (not red) and horrible. Amatriciana - disgusting. Also very small portions. The only good thing we ordered was the beer. I would go for l’Osteria 5 mins up the road, rather than this place. Now I know why the hotel didn’t recommend it. I don’t know who is posting 5 stars...

Wir haben 4 schöne Tage mit einer Reisegruppe in Wien verbracht. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In unserem Programm war das Abendessen im Restaurant Vorstadtprinzen enthalten und ich kann nur sagen- eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität, ob Vorspeisen, Hauptgang oder Dessert, wir sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, schnell, umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonderen Dank an Peter, Christine und Collin. Bei ihnen merkt man das euch das Wohl des Gastes wichtig ist und am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
