Winery Cobenzl — Restaurant in Vienna

Awesome experience doing a wine tasting here! The woman doing our tasting asked us about our preferences and then helped recommend wines— each one was amazing and very high quality. And for only 5euros each the tasting was very affordable, and bottles were very well priced (we ended up buying 2 :)) Great location too- we did the hike up in the hills, and the 38a bus on the way down drops you right off at the winery so really nice to not have to worry about transport back to the city :) Will definitely return if I am ever...

Called to check if we could come in for a tasting - informed we could come any time before closing, no reservation needed. When we got there, a large tour group was doing a tasting so we waited until they finished and asked for a tasting & was told it wasn’t possible. They sent us to the Rondell Cafe next door who could provide us with a tasting. The Cafe did NOT offer tastings. All the info provided by Cobenzl was WRONG. Terrible...

Leider war die Hochzeit meiner Tochter unter unseren Erwartungen. Treffpunkt war das Weingut, die Trauung fand im Weingarten statt, die Anwesenden wurden aber nicht informiert, wo sich der Weingarten befindet, keiner kannte sich aus, die Braut wurde nicht informiert wann sie zu erscheinen hat, nach der Trauung wurden noch im Beisein aller zusammengeräumt, bezahlte Dekorationsfirma und Blumenfirma konnten auf Grund schlechter Kommunikation nicht ihre Aufgaben erfüllen. Fr. Uschi agierte zunehmend gestresst, vergaß sogar zu sagen, dass an diesem Tag die Höhenstrasse um 14h wegen eines Laufs gesperrt wird und wir daher 3 Tage vor der Hochzeit unsere weiteren Pläne ändern mussten.
