Wohnzimmer im 3ten — Restaurant in Vienna

Since this place already has many reviews in German, I will leave one in English. Maybe it will help the tourists to find a great place to eat. This place is a hidden gem in Landstraße. I have to mention that I have ordered food from this restaurant many times and every time it was great.

I have discovered this place during the pandemic, and even though I live nearby, I have never been there before. The Schnitzel is one of my all-time favorite dishes, but I got tired of ordering Schnitzels from different places and receiving frozen ones. So for a long time, I have no longer used Mjam or Lieferando for Schnitzels. One day, I was craving Schnitzels, but I had nowhere to go because of the pandemic. Everything was closed. I had to go back to Mjam/Liferando and find a place with Austrian food. This place showed up on Mjam, and since it was new for me, I have decided to try it. BEST DECISION EVER. They have the Wiener Schnitzel, the traditional one, but also the Crispy Schnitzel. Both are great! I am happy that I have finally found a place with not frozen and delicious Schnitzel in my district. Now, if I ever have to move to another district, I have to think twice :) I have also tried the Käsespätzle, which was also great! The portions are also generous. Do you even make a profit?

It is a family-owned restaurant, and they are incredibly friendly and kind to their customers. I was impressed that they read the reviews and care about what the customers have to say. I have also tried to tip them online somehow, but they didn't accept it. Instead of keeping the tip, they have sent me something that had a value similar to my tip amount. Have you ever seen something like that? I didn't, and firstly I was shocked. That's how you become unforgettable. It may sound unbelievable, but I have attached a photo to prove that this happened.

Now that everything hopefully will come back to normal, I wish you a great new start....

A cozy & beautifully furnished restaurant, which gives you a homely feel. I found this restaurant via google maps as it was near to my hotel, so I was not sure if this was a restaurant. The owner was prompt in answering my FB chat query confirming that it was indeed a restaurant.

The lady was friendly & kind with a pleasant smile, made me feel welcome.

The food was delicious (good quantity) and so was the beer. The prices were reasonable compared to Vienna rates.

It was really cold outside and I was tired after a long day of walking , despite that I was able to relax and enjoy my time at the restaurant. A real showcase of how good the environment in the restaurant was.

One of the best restaurant I visited not only in Vienna but Europe.

It is literally my “living room “❤️ it feels like home! I really like how the service and atmosphere surrounding here, you can really take a pause here and enjoy your lunch in a busy day. 🌳(they have a nice outdoor area to seat) The crispy schnitzel is always CRISPY!!!! Pommes or gemischte Salat is my favorite side to order, they both taste so good If you have more room for ur stomach, then the Bergspätzle will be a nice combination. The portions here are big which is super haha highly recommended this Austria restaurant, so far they are my top 3 restaurants in Vienna 🌟

P.s they have Czech kozel bier!! Also have a lot of spritz’s...
