Bernold — Restaurant in Villach

I was here at this coffee shop on Monday with my daughter, and we went here and we sat down and I pulled the table because my daughter doesn't.like hot from the sun their umbrella was put on it but the heat was still there on our table, then The rude waitress was angry, why did I pull the table because it was supposed to be stay old place because her reason the table is a swing, i moved it approximately 15cm. so I was speechless, because I know that customers have a right and they should know how to take care of customers, not everyone likes to be soaked in the heat, especially my daughter doesn't like it, and what I did was we left without continuing the order because I couldn't attempt the waitress's face, I might embarrass her among the coffee drinkers there, because I know I have the right to sit in a nice place rather than being soaked in the heat .. all i can say is that rude waitress is uneducated person.. i will never go back there again, i cant even...

The bar looks nice, and that's about it when it comes to positive aspects: arrived on Sunday morning, and the restrooms were dirty and smelly. Then, at the counter, I invited the waiters to notice there were numerous insects on the desserts, and while at first they tried to ignore me, ultimately they declared they could't do anything about it (???). Feeling very hungry, I decided to order anyways, a slice of cake that was not touched by any insects. Lo and behold I found hair in it. The personnel (except for one, bless him, I whish him to find a better job where his courtensy and professionality is better suited) behaved rudely and arrogantly. 3 ornange juices and 1 contaminated slice of pie: 13,5 €. Quite a nice coffee, very comfortable couches and nice waiter. You can get nice cakes, pies and or cruller to whatever coffee you want. There are huge windows all around the seats where you can look at the streets of villach and the drau. They also have a good amount of seats outside as soon as it gets warm enough. In the afternoon you can catch a lot of sun here. The people working there are nice and friendly, with a fast service even though the coffee is...
