The worst customer service we have ever experienced! A waiter who served us had an attitude and was a liar, too! Me, my husband and a friend had 3 drinks, a pizza and salad. The pizza and salad were very nice. When it was time to pay a bill, a waiter charged us £1.90 extra for an empty plate , which is ridiculous, and we were not told about it. Also, he tried to charge us extra £8.40 (! )for 2 drinks ( a beer and mineral water!) that we did not have! Just as well that we checked the bill! Then the waiter played stupid when we confronted him about it, he turned arrogant and said that another waiter put it through by mistake and it was ment to be for another table! He did give us money back without an apology and tried to make us feel stupid. But the thing was that this waiter did not overcharged just us, he overcharged 2 other tables before we had our bill! We watched other people questioning the same waiter about their bills and asking for new bills! It looks like it has been happening all a while! We would not go back there again for sure! Not when waiters have an agenda like this! It is dishonest and disgusting!..It is a shame, because the food was nice!..There are plenty of nice restaurants in Villach with friendly, professional and honest staff!..Check your bills before you leave the restaurant, if...

It was so delicious we came twice in 3 days! I got the same pizza both times- the capri. My family got La diavla and La piazza. So delicious. The service was amazing, so quick. and we had so much fun being here! They had a spicy oil/red pepper flakes that they brought to the table, I put it on every slice.
