I'm a big espresso fan, and even though my German sounds like it's been through a blender, the owner understood me perfectly (or at least pretended very convincingly – because the coffee was spot on!). She was super kind, helped me choose the right beans, and served me one of the best cups I've had lately. I also bought some beans to take home. And the chocolate cake? Surprisingly delicious! I was only in Villach for one night, but this café made my short stay truly memorable. If you're a coffee lover – don't miss it. A little luck, great aroma, and a pinch of kindness – the perfect combo!

In short: The coffee is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting, the owners are welcoming - and the dog is cute.

I have finally found a coffee haven in Carinthia and can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for great coffee. They serve a carefully selected range of espressi: the nutty-chocolaty comes well rounded, the fruity is just a treat (and my absolute highlight so far) - you get the fruity punch without the overwhelming sourness that usually accompanies similar types. But don’t stop at espresso: get your wonderful filter any way you like and just enjoy a quick (or long) break in the new coffee...

The bar Is super cute and people truly Nice. The only issue? If you get a coffee in the afternoon, It tastes Amazing! I had one on the 23rd and was truly good, was like my favourite one in Milan if you get a coffee up to 1h from the time the bar opens, the coffee Is truly terrible! I had a coffee on 26th at 10.30am (30mon After they opened) and...oh God, horrible. It tasted like death.

My best Guess Is that they turns off the coffee machine in the night and when they open in the morning they don't let It warm up properly.

So my rating Is: 5 stars in the afternoon, 1 start in the morning...
