Curry & Masala — Restaurant in Villach

I bought a chicken korma w rice and pakora. The food did not taste good at all. I am surprised by the good reviews. The korma had 4 big pieces of some thick hair (animal?), disgusting. The rice was tasteless, no fragrance, just cheap (not jasmin or basmati). And the pakora was not sliced vegetables but shredded,mainly potatoes, and it was very dry and not fresh.
