Need gluten-free? “Of course,” they say confidently — then vanish into the wings for 30 minutes and return with a confused look and no pizza. Someone knocks over a glass of wine? No panic, no apology — just a casual glance and a quiet shuffle of napkins, like it’s part of the ambiance.

Leadership? Nowhere to be found. But miraculously, they do remember to charge you a tip — all by themselves.

Ich war schon oft im Rustica essen, leider muss ich sagen das es ziemlich nachgelassen hat. Die Kellnerin hat uns nicht gerade freundlich auf englisch hingewiesen, das wir nur auf englisch oder italienisch bestellen können, weil sie uns sonst nicht versteht. Aha, naja sag ich jetzt nichts dazu! Es gibt nur 2 verschiedene Risotto Varianten, trotzdem haben sie es geschafft mir die falsche zuzubereiten, ich hab sie natürlich trotzdem gegessen, wollte ja nicht unhöflich sein. Nachdem wir noch etwas zu trinken nachbestellen wollten, gab es wieder große verständigungs Probleme, ich hab für meinen Sohn ein Cola bestellt ob groß oder klein war die Frage, nachdem ich "big" und "grande" sagte, sollte man meinen das hätte die Kellnerin verstehen müssen, leider nicht... wir bekamen ein großes UND ein kleines Cola! Wie soll man diese Fehler bei einem Personal reklamieren das mich nicht versteht? Noch vor 14:00 kam die ganze Belegschaft zum Essen und setzte sich direkt neben uns, auch der Chef fragte alle 3min. ob wir noch was wollen, das war extrem unangenehm und ich kam mir vor als ob ich die Leute jetzt beim Essen stören würde und gehen sollte!
