Such a delightful place. From the outside, it doesn't look big at all but once you step inside, it opens up into quite a large place. The place is decorated with old pictures, everyday objects and other items that define olden days Bahrain (some I can still remember and I'm not THAT old!). Seating is traditional wooden benches and there is even a resident budgie. I came for breakfast and the portions were generous. There is a traditional baker attached to the place so the bread comes fresh and hot. The sweet milky tea known as "chai karak" is delicious. I simply love this place and will come again for lunch or dinner. The only issue I can think of is parking. Read moreJust saw this restaurant yesterday while we were walking. We decided to have dinner in this restaurant.. We ordered thosai, idli along with mutton chettinad and chicken kadai. The foods were very nice, tasty and freshly cooked. The restaurant staffs were so accommodating and making sure their customers are happy.
