This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. I stayed more than a week on my both stays and i believe this hotel deserves a 5* rating. The pros and cons r given below:|Pros:|1. Friendly and professional staffs starting from security guards to the receptionists. This covers the room service staffs and the kitchen/restaurant staffs as well!|2. Reasonable price. As i stayed for long duration,i was given special discount. But,even without the special discount, the room rate is very reasonable compared to the un-reasonable room rates at the neighbouring hotel Peninsula.|3. The rooms are huge! I’ve stayed in various hotels of various cities but never got such big rooms anywhere! For the absolutely commercial hotels of today, one room of this hotel can easily be converted into 2 rooms!|4. The rooms r fantastically equipped! They have a cupboard, a dressing table with mirror,2 bedside tables with drawers, 2 big tables with doors where u can keep ur bags/suitcases, a medium sized fridge (mostly these kind of hotels provide mini fridge),basic amenities in the bathroom and sofa and table.|5. The hotel as whole is very clean and tidy and the room service is very prompt.|6. The pavillion restaurant. This hotel has its own restaurant and it is considered as Chittagong’s one of the most famous restaurants.||Cons:|1. The wifi connection is very poor, could use it properly to do my daily interactions.|2. The breakfast was ok and could be better with various choices in alternate days.|3. The noise of the vehicles from the road but i believe this is the identity of this city! ||I will definitely stay in this hotel whenever i come back...

Bed also big , washroom is okay , just find the exhaust fan upper the toilet , it doesn’t matter , but the toilet cover almost damage , not at the right position, it need to replace ! Meanwhile pillow sheet seems to be very old , not bleach it , therefore color a little bit yellow, I put my own towel to cover it ! Regarding the breakfast, they call me to take it outside the room , 3 pieces toast with butter and egg with juice ! I think I can accept it ! But the tea is too much sweet ! I can’t afford , management need to training employee to ask customer demand , and adjust the sugar for suitable for different customer! My conclusion: I can accept grand park hotel and next business trip, I will come...
