Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chattogram Division

Pizzas are very expensive(one of the perks of running an internationally known business franchise) and only mentioning this because what I ate was not at all worth the money. The crust was very thick and greasy. I have worked for pizza stores myself. So, I'd know. I went there for iftar and I understood that it was a very busy time for them because they have this all you can eat promotion during Ramadan where you can eat all the pizzas you can muster within a specific time frame as long as you eat the whole slice. But then again, I was not participating in that promotion and I just ordered a large "chicken supreme" and it should not matter how busy they were. A pizza restaurant this old should have been able to handle it's customer load and give me a good pizza regardless of the time of the year. I ordered chicken wings as well, which were okay (I've had better). Customer service was good however. When I complained about the pizza, the manager asked about my issue right away and offered to make me a second one. I ended up not getting another one because I was starving but...

Ordered one person pan pizza (chicken supreme may be) and potato wedges via food panda from pizza hut. When the food arrived, I was surprised to see such small portion considering the price. Later I checked on their menu and found that the price is around 100 taka higher in Foodpanda website compared to restaurant website! I know the restaurant fix their price for delivery website, but this feels like too much! I mean the pizza was 300 on restaurant menu but 400 in Foodpanda! Also potato wedges was 240 in Foodpanda whereas it was ~190 in original menu. This is not acceptable. Food was nice. But pizza hut should really consider their price difference in the food delivery website.

Update: we tried chicken pan pizza (second photo) in pizza hut several weeks ago and boy it was delicious! The taste was so good! And the price was better in the store compared to the price for the same product via Foodpanda. I would recommend to make the place brighter as the current setting is...

Last time I have experienced a bad taste of pizza in pizza hut. It was just horrible with a thick bread and a very poor amount of layer of meats and pizza sause.The price was nearly about 750/800.But the pizza was not look like a rs 700/800 type pizza.It was like a street food package containing a bread and lil bit of torkari.There were not enough cheese also in the pizza.That was not fair to do unfair with the money of customers. Cafe milano,Milano express, Eatalia serves 1000 times better pizza than you.Its ridiculous.Being a popular name and achieving some temporary fame you are doing unfair with customers.
