ARMANI LOUNGE — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

I am giving two stars because i had a bad experience. These are the issues i had during my visit for a buffet dinner at this restaurant - All food were room temperature and not hot. They were food from their lunch buffet clearly. The chicken quesadilla was smelling rotten Vine leaves rice item had become slippery because of how long ago they were made, and rice was Rotten Sushi was prepared 2 hours after buffet started, that too.. Only 6-8 pieces. All food portion was very very less and i did not see them refill the food the 2 hours i was there. Example- the sweet and sour prawn item had 12-13 small sized prawns overall for all the guests. Whereas this is the normal amount given in a la carte menu everywhere. Nehari Didn't have proper salt Kababs were from lunch buffet.. Tasted hard and dry. Not juicy and flavorful at all. None of the dessert items were delicious. Most of the cakes tasted stale and poor quality. I did not find a single dessert item that tasted good unfortunately. Juice was room temperature.. Not cold at all. Fish bbq was normal temperature and did not taste good at all. Dosa and waffle was made very late.. Aloor dom wasn’t prepared before 9:40 pm when i left. So i had the dosa by itself and it was very bad. Roadside dosas are better than this. Same goes for waffles. Pizza was room temperature.. Not fresh and hot. Clearly made during lunch buffet Chicken tehari tasted home made. There was only 1 beef item - beef chuijhal. Which didnt taste like chuijhal beef. There was no mutton items There was three rice item.. Steam rice tehari and fried rice.. Fried rice was average. The others below average Some of the waiters are well trained whereas some have absolutely 0 clue about the menu items. And some of the servers had a condescending tone.. It is not a fine dining restaurant so i dont understand the attitude. Fuchka was cold! And chewy. Not freshly fried. Lastly, no of overall items was very very less, and overall experience was underwhelming and disappointing. I will not go back again. Good things - Ambience is good.
