They treat people based on their clothing! There's this guy who's not so tall and medium to dark skin toned who a couple of days back gave me one very old and almost torn 100 tk change and one same condition's 50 tk change so I immediately asked him to change the 100 tk and in front me he was keeping aside the fresh notes and finding shabby ones then he couldn't find something in between and was bound to give me the fresh one. Lol. Also I asked for the takeaway bagel to be toasted idk if they understand what it means but it was very lightly toasted or maybe did it on purpose because obviously I wasn't wearing western clothes what the heck do I know about bagels, right? All the other staff from different north end branches are pretty good...

I’m not a big coffee connoisseur. I’m more a tea person myself. I won’t be able to tell you whether North End is the best coffee shop in the city or not. But I can tell you that I like them. They have a very limited food menu though. I would love it if they had a proper breakfast on offer. What they have is bagels, croissants and sandwiches for breakfast. One of the sandwiches, a beef something, tastes awesome. Yet, they don’t serve omelette or other traditional cafe breakfast items. That’s the reason of me not going for a 5*!
