It’s a hotel geared towards professionals (mostly from India) visiting the Gulshan area for work, so it might not be the best option for tourists. The room was quite small, and the breakfast buffet was limited (with too many veg. options). I had one meal at the restaurant, and it was average, considering the great food I generally had in Bangladesh. I had also booked at the last minute, so my friend and I ended up getting rooms two floors apart, which kind of affected my experience. Of course, there were several pluses, too. The service was professional and polite. The location is great for trying out eateries in Gulshan, and the hotel even allows ordering from outside. I couldn’t get a late check-out as the hotel seemed to be overbooked, but I had a fairly comfortable time at the cafeteria section while waiting to leave for the airport. ||The best part of my stay was a helpful gesture from the hotel staff. I had seen a Bangladesh tourism book at the hotel and had enquired if I could purchase it from a bookstore nearby. While I was checking out, the gentleman at the reception handed me a wrapped copy of the book, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. I missed noting his name, but this small gesture was very...
