This is the worst place to have your wedding functions or any kind of party. Management is too greedy. They have a very bad reputation of food shortages in every function.They will always prepare less amount of food for what they have taken order for and took money for as head count. I had my wedding reception there last November, arranged for 470 people, but only 350 came. So there should have been enough food for everyone. But unfortunately, most of my guest complained about their service and lac of food in the table . They didn't provided all the items enough to everyone, specially meat. I had a function of 470 people, after 320 people, there were no meat for anyone. I had to force them to cook again in the middle of the function. Altogether I had only 350 people attending the function, and there were shortage of food after 320 people but at the end I had to pay for 470 people.

Most of my closest friends were the last to have food after attending all guests, but unfortunately there were not enough food for them, even though I paid for everyone. It was very upsetting. When I asked management why they did it like this they just said "ohh sorry, we miscalculated".

After the function , I talked with quite a few people who works there or associated with them. They all said the same thing. This is a common practice for this hall. They knows that not everyone will attend, so they always prepare at least 100 people's food less. That is there main profit, by stealing food.

So , if you don't want to ruin your function , don't book anything important to that convention hall. I don't have any feedback about them as a restaurant, because I never been there for restaurant service, but as a wedding hall they are the worst. I recently visited Waterfall with my elder brother, who is a regular customer there. The restaurant features an attractive interior and a spacious layout with a great view of the metrorail. The location was quiet and peaceful, with only two or three other groups of customers present. However, we noticed that the restaurant offered limited menu options. We ordered the special Chinese set menu for two, which cost 1450 taka. It included two pieces of chicken fry, dry beef sizzling, special fried rice, special prawn curry, and special chowmein. The meal was average, with no distinctive flavors or aromas. It took over 20 minutes to prepare, likely because they rarely have single customers and don't keep ready-to-cook items.
