I had an incredible stay at HOTEL MUNA, and I can confidently say it deserves every bit of recognition and praise it receives. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was immediately impressed by the stylish, clean, and well-maintained environment.

My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed peaceful, uninterrupted sleep throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.

One of the highlights of HOTEL MUNA is the dining experience. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive with many options to suit every taste.

As I checked in at night with my partner the bed was literally filled with bed bugs me and my partner literally had to vacate the room at midnight because of that. As I complained they didn't show any concern and shifted me to other room and didn't even give me a discount or any refund and shifted me to a different room and charged me double the price because of their service so I would say if you hate bed bugs don't go there. Because of them even my house was affected by these bed bugs. So I won't even recommend staying...

Extremely disorganized staff. They have no idea how reservations work - at least not online reservations. They couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us more for a smaller room, wouldn't admit that they were completely wrong, and even cancelled my booking 2 weeks after I stayed there stating I never showed up. A complete and total mess. However, the location is excellent. You can find whatever you need nearby, and it was a safe area, always full of people.
