Unlike many other restaurants in Minsk, service in Brioche Bistro was absolutely top notch. All my weird and wonderful requests were politely accommodated, staff was friendly and cheerful without looking unnecessary posh -- hands down the best service of the month.
Unfortunately, food quality cost this place a star. Maybe that's just me being unlucky, but the croissant was rather stale and the coffee... it was ok temperature- and texture-wise, but either the shot was massively over-extracted or the beans were over-roasted. Either way worse than average latte, unexpected for the place of this grandeur.
Honestly, my taste buds were so unimpressed, I would knock two stars off, but since my friends enjoyed their meals, I thought it would be unfair. Hope it was just an unlucky...
Read moreI liked the tongue with mashed potato (even though the plate was not super comfortable to eat from) - the tongue was very tender and the portion was descent, and I also tried the snails which were okay and at least did not have the mud flavour as some of them have. The French onion soup was below my expectations as it was not very thick and had no cheese crust on top. The chocolate dessert was nice and tender. The service seemed a bit strange to me - somewhat posh but also not very polite at times. In general I think this place is overpriced but might worth a visit if this is not a big...

Delicious cuisine! Well balanced menu with every course that left satisfied even very demanding person. Splendid burgers with special farmer beef, perfect salads & superb classical soups.
Deserts, own bakery, confectionery are just looks like and tastes like a masterpieces. The unique collection of wine, spirits & cocktails are also advantage of this bistro. Staff is unbelievably friendly, responsible and attentive.
