Cafe Zerno — Restaurant in Minsk

Let me be clear. I like the place and I will most certainly come back, because the coffee here is more than adequate and the service attitude is ok by Minsk standards, so my 3-star rating is a message and a statement.

Guys, 19 minutes waiting time in a cafe is NOT okay!

My desserts arrived 7 and 9 minutes past me placing the order -- ok-ish. Desserts were fresh and toasty, loved it, but the coffee arrived wholesome 10 minutes after that. Do you think the desserts stayed fresh and toasty by then?

If you wonder why on earth I was tracking times, I have an answer that wouldn't please you. Last 2 visits I've had exactly the same experience, so this time round I thought I'd give it a measure and write a review. Or maybe give you a chance to prove me wrong, because, again, I like the quality of your food. But the third time wasn't lucky, the situation, sadly, is fairly consistent.

Also, I have to report that I wasn't alone in my disappointment either: a guy sitting next to me went to chase for his order, which is something you'd expect to happen in a restaurant, not a cafe.
