22b — Restaurant in Antwerp

After two years postponing due to the pandemic we could finally realize our trip to Antwerp and we could not have found ourselves in a better place than with Ingrid and Piet’s b&b. From the beginning, we felt heartily welcomed and this was true until we were bound to leave after four days. Ingrid supplied us with a lot of useful information and good research where to go and what to see. Piet was always available and together they were just pleased to please us. The house is an oasis with a very delicate design. The rooms are spacious and there is clarity everywhere. You will find exquisite biological hygiene products in the bath and if you like, you may even have an Onzen experience. Breakfast also is rich and for every taste. Just good to know the staircases leading to the upper floors are steep and can be a challenge for physically impaired persons. Next to the b&b the two run a place with delicate lunch and dinner options that saved us straight after our arrival. 22b is close to two tram lines and in a quiet residential area. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Excellent value for the money.||We stayed in Hortensie. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. Lots of little details. The plants behind the glass window in the bathroom, black out curtains, big, very comfortable beds, hi speed WiFi. No weird odors.
