Kids Collective / Hygge Kids — Local services in Antwerp

Had an issue with an item bought in the store. I sent several emails to finally get one answer that she could not help me and that I had to myself contact the brand. I did, and the brand was really helpful, but had no stock to help me. I was advised to go back to Hygge and ask for help. Which I did again. I have not had any answer .... again. Very poor...

Daar de winkel op haar webshop als visie heeft ecologisch te zijn (ik citeer : Daarom is plastiek een no no voor ons + ecofriendly) vind ik het jammer vast te stellen dat zij toch plastic verkoopt in haar winkel (dinosaurus/poppen/plastic planten/...) Jammer want net daarom was ik zo charmeert door haar webshop. Ik ben de winkel uit principe dan ook niet...

Prachtige winkel, top service en top kwaliteit! Onlangs een beren-jasje gekocht voor mijn nichtje en zij wilt deze nooit uit doen! Baby rompertjes blijven ook mooi zelfs na het wassen. Steeds word ik altijd zeer goed geholpen met de maten, zelfs op afstand via Instagram....
