Club Random — Restaurant in Antwerp

Space/venue has a lot of potential! Love the layout with bar on main floor, lounge/TV room on 1st floor and cruising maze on 2nd floor.. it was also clean and seeme properly maintained (tables were not sticky with alcohol residue). Door guy was friendly and cover charge of €10 which includes a drink was reasonable. Unfortunately for me personally, the music was not there; if you like typical basic gay dance music then this is the place for you. Bathrooms clean and again properly maintained. I really like the lockers they provide for guests to use to store belongings of using the cruising area.

The only negative for me was the bartender! There was only 1 main bartender Saturday night, the door guy also bartends but the main guy who is a dirty blonde, I think, gave off a nasty attitude. Maybe it was just me..:but he seemed almost annoyed and mad when I asked for a glass of beer!! At any rate, he soured my experience and decided to leave after that brief interaction! Perhaps he’s annoyed and angered by having to serve foreigners who don’t speak the local language, or annoyed wt something else about me, either way you are a SERVER to people who come in for a drink! I have been going to Random for about 20 years. It is a wonderful gay bar in Antwerp, Belgium. It is better than Brussels. The people are friendly, the music lovely and the prices good. We are lucky to have such a wonderful gay bar in the city where you can meet nice men. We should remember that.

Je vais à Random depuis environ 20 ans. C'est un magnifique bar gay à Anvers, en Belgique. C'est mieux que Bruxelles. Les personnes sont sympathiques, la musique est bonne et les prix sont bons. Nous avons la chance d'avoir un si bon bar gay en ville où vous pouvez rencontrer des hommes sympas. Nous sommes chancés.

Idem u Random oko 20 godina. Ovo je prekrasan gay bar u Antwerpenu, Belgija. Bolje je nego u Bruxellesu. Ljudi su ljubazni, glazba je dobra i cijene su dobre. Sretni smo što imamo tako sjajan gay bar u gradu gdje možete upoznati fine muškarce.

The club is open now. A little bit disappointing as it is not so spacious as in the pictures. Very small dance floor, music was OK. Those who smoke will be satisfied as there is massive smoking room though. Dark room at the floor might be a nice option for those who like it. Entrance fee reasonable the same as prices in the bar. Drinks were served in nicely way. Very kind and helpful service. You can feel safe there definitely as everyone is checked...
