Very interesting to learn about the process of making chocolate. Being from South Africa, it makes me proud to see that it all starts in fellow African countries like Ghana.
I hate to sound critical now, because I really enjoyed the experience, but here some feedback on things that could perhaps be improved :)
It does makes me a bit sad that only 3% of the supply ends up back in Africa. It would be nice to show information about fair trade chocolate to guests, and to promote sustainability. The exhibition is about the history, but perhaps the future for all could be thought about too.
The experience can be improved at the start. You're given a very brief instruction at the start, but they also seemed to show that you should tap it, instead of point at it. Maybe that's why my language was still Spanish and not English initially.
