McDonald's — Restaurant in Antwerp

We're travelling to Brussels with our 11 years old female French bulldog and we stopped here to have a lunch. We went inside with the dog, there no signs saying that it is not allowed. I ordered our meal, we took a table inside the restaurant and we waited to the order be prepared. A employee brought the food, we started to eat and after some minutes came another employee and said we couldn't to stay inside the restaurant with the dog, so she took our tray with our meal, left and said that we should to eat outside. There are some tables outside but there aren't sunshades, so we should to eat under the sun, it were around 30°C outside! If had some signs, we could order to go, but a few employees saw the dog and no one told nothing! I thought it were very very unpleasant, first - they need to have signed that dogs aren't allowed inside; after - if they have no signs someone needs to warning the clients before they order AND if the client is already eating they can't to do what she did, take the food and put outside. The dog was sleeping at the floor, she is a old dog, doesn't bark doesn't ask for food, the restaurant was almost empty. That was really a bad experience in...

So..I ordered a chocolate milkshake and waited for it 20+ minutes(they weren’t busy, place was almost empty).

When I got my order, I realised that they gave me a vanilla milkshake and not what I ordered, so I told politely an employee that they gave me a wrong milkshake, I ordered a chocolate one.., on my complain on order she grabbed my milkshake furiously and started “arguing” that it is supposed to be like that, that’s from machine when I told her to try it cuz that’s 100% vanilla and not a chocolate, she took my order and went to other colleague then came back with “new milkshake” but then I realized that this one wasn’t even possible to drink ‘cuz it was that much frozen + it was again vanilla and not a chocolate.

So I just decided that I won’t come anymore there if they are not capable to make a proper order even if they weren’t busy at all.

I also didn’t wanna go there back and making scene or something about same mistake again.

So guys, if you want order something from McDonald’s try to avoid this one and go to one in...

WORST MCDONALDS BRANCH EVER IN ANTWERP!!

Called them to follow up my order and even talked to them nicely and THEY ARE ANSWERED ME SO RUDELY. "I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR ORDER". Telling them that deliveroo rider was already waiting for an hour and they said and blame that its deliveroo fault because the rider is not yet there but after 1 min after the call was ended the food is already going to you lol.

INCOMPLETE ORDER Hamburger is not on the bag. Even talk to the delivery rider is not there. Its MCDONALDS branch fault.

FOOD IS COLD French Fries is soggy. Nuggets is so hard to chew because its not crispy or hot.

Do not order in this branch!!!! Gave them benefit of the doubt even if its rated 3.6.
