A Complete Disaster – Never Again!
I chose this restaurant for the second time because I'd previously hosted a guest from abroad and was pleased. However, this time, our experience was a complete fiasco. My guests from Brazil and Turkey were constantly questioning how such a Brazilian restaurant could exist. I was embarrassed to have brought them here.
Food: The so-called “unlimited meat” was a joke. We waited endlessly, and when food finally arrived, the meat was practically raw – not rare, but raw. The chicken was burnt, and only the fish was cooked properly. Despite a large menu, we couldn’t try most items because getting service was nearly impossible.
Service: The waiters did their best, but the kitchen was clearly in complete chaos and had zero coordination.
Atmosphere: The dining area was unbearably stuffy and suffocating. Eating here felt more like torture than a meal.
Payment: The worst part was at the payment part. We split the bill into only three parts for eight people, yet the staff made a huge issue out of it. Even though both card and cash are accepted, they treated us rudely because two people paid by card and one in cash. The behavior was downright humiliating.
In short: raw meat, suffocating atmosphere, terrible service, and disrespectful staff. If you want to waste your money and be treated poorly, this is the place. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. I will...
Read moreFor an all you can eat meat and fish menu, you definitely barely eat at all. For the fish part, don’t expect to eat fish, expect to taste a sample. We stayed for 2.5 hours and we ate 1 cube of fish and 2 shrimps. For the meat part, you have to wait 20-30 min each time for the waiter to come give you a small slice of meat, which because he passed all the other tables first, left us with the raw insides. For the sides part: BBQ potatoes, after they served us with 1 portion, came back to tell us, we no longer have them, and that we can order only fries. For 7 people you would expect to be served more than a small bowl of fries, and to make it worse, were replenished only once during the whole 2.5 hours stay. BBQ vegetables come in a really small plate (made for 1 person but somehow they expect us to share it with 7 people), and we were served only 2 during the whole stay. And to make the whole thing worse, the waiter cut his hand with the knife and bled on the skewer. It was a birthday dinner and for the price we paid of around 40 EUR / pp, not worth it all and would have preferred to have a decent steak in another steak house. Pampas Rodizio, if you are unable to comply with an “all you can eat menu” please do not offer it and just offer regular plates, as this was a complete disappointment. Not...
Read moreThe meat was tasty (from the little that we had). The frequency of circulation was very very infrequent. Over the course of two hours (we eventually gave up) there was only a handful of options. The fish came once at the start.
There seemed to be more concern with filling us up with appetisers and bread than meat.
The all you can eat sides were poor. One bowl of very sad salad and a small bowl of coleslaw.
Dessert was a small mass-produced cheesecake, no pineapple or banana offered.
The staff were friendly enough but the service was poor - very long waits between rounds, forgotten fries or potatoes and when we asked for more meat this was ignored.
By the end of the evening it felt like the staff had decided they weren't working any more so we gave up as well.
The only shining light is that we didn't pay full price - cheers to...
