Roma Nova — Restaurant in Antwerp

The menu indicates low prices, but upon payment, they add hidden costs with a very vague explanation. We calculated everything accurately, multiple times to be sure. The owner told us the fries and salad would be included in the menu, but when paying for the food, he insisted that the fries and salad were €10 extra. Our food was €37 total, but they charged us €54 without further explanation.

Teleurstellende ervaring – niet voor herhaling vatbaar

We hadden hoge verwachtingen van dit restaurant, maar helaas viel ons bezoek erg tegen. Zowel het vlees als de vis die we bestelden waren niet goed gaar – iets wat echt niet door de beugel kan bij een restaurant dat zichzelf serieus neemt. Toen we dit aangaven, werd er nauwelijks op gereageerd, laat staan een oplossing geboden.

Daarbovenop klopten de prijzen op de rekening niet met die op het menu. Bepaalde gerechten bleken ineens duurder te zijn dan vermeld, zonder enige uitleg of voorafgaande melding. Dit voelt simpelweg als misleiding.

Voor deze kwaliteit en service zijn de prijzen absurd. Wij komen hier in ieder geval niet meer terug, en kunnen dit restaurant ook...
