One of the best “Frituurs” in Antwerp. Owned by a Chinese/Dutch family, they really made this frituur their own the last few years. In the neighbourhood their fries excel compared to (most) others. The fries and portions are consistently good, almost all classic snacks are served together with extra vegetarian options.
Things that could improve -I feel- are: • waiting times can be horrible. As many people order through delivery drivers you might be the only one inside and still have 5 orders before yours- as their orders tend to get bumped up. • you can call ahead to order but usually this still mean you’ll wait for a while- regardless of the timing given. • it’s a small place. The design of it has been done by the previous owners but whose Idea it was to place the till at the entrance and not at the back should really reconsider their calling. You usually enter into a narrow gangway-filled with people and delivery drivers. Again, not their fault, just a remark if you ever consider redoing the place.

I also enjoyed a nice view while eating there. Highly...

The stoofvlees saus (at least the one that I took) is so watery that is unedible and it tastes like a laurier tea. It is something that shouldn’t be served like that. Also the fries could be a bit more fried( probably in higher temperature). Also the frying fat looked brown and very used. Rest of the...
