Incredibly poor service on the terrace outside. Twice it took half an hour to order anything, and then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. The last time they had forgotten half of it, but failed to bring the rest. So we just went to another and better bar nearby for the remainder of the evening.

They don’t know how to trait a client properly. They had a problem with us and instead of talking like a normal person they talked aggressively to us. I went inside to try to fix the problem nicely and they started speaking Dutch to me knowing that I don’t speak the language, what made me feel stupid and that they were laughing at me. Then they talked in English, but in a bad and aggressive mood again, so it was not worth staying. ||| No saben tratar a los clientes como se merece. Fui dentro a pedir que nos devolvieran el regalo, ya que lo iba a meter en una bolsa y se acababa el problema y no me lo quisieron devolver; además empezaron a hablarme de forma irrespetuosa de nuevo y después empezaron a decir frases en Neerlandés y a reírse, cuando saben que no entiendo el idioma.
