Great bar located on one of the most active plazas in Antwerp. The interior makes you just want to sit down with a nice beer and read a book for a few hours.

Very cozy bar, great interior decoration. Friendly table service, not expensive. Outdoor seating. Great vibe. Super cool retro music, 80's. Great cocktails.

Bar Salon is a pretty unique place among the Dageraadplaats businesses. It's more or less a more classical bar, rather than a Belgian café. The prices are a bit higher than the pubs around, but you get more as well. The interior is a bit nicer, the cocktails are pretty good (some are amazing), the beers are served in their respective glassware and with gusto. Usually pretty busy, and rightly so. I figure Bar Salon is a good place to have a date, even in winter. The patio has some heaters, so...
