This little gem is located in the south of the city in Zurenborg, just a tram ride & a short walk to the restaurant from the city centre to dageraadplaats. Or alternatively, you can get a tram or bus straight to berchem Station and take a leisurely stroll to the restaurant. This place is an absolute must if you are visiting Antwerp!.I stumbled across this heavenly place by an article written in a London newspaper & it did not disappoint! Amazing place,amazing service & all at an amazing price! Amal & her team welcome you inside like you are entering their home, warm, cosy, with gorgeous decor & more importantly, amazing food! We had the world brunch, 1 vegetarian & 1 chicken & it was absolutely delicious in every way! A selection of the finest pastries, jasmine infused jam, fresh pomegranate juice, delicious shai bil na'na mint tea, freshly baked Moroccan bread, it was just exquisite! The shakshuka was the best I've ever eaten! So delicious! When the food arrived, in a Moroccan style, served on a large platter, you think it is not much as it's like tapas, trust me, we couldn't finish it all we ŵere completely full! I could go on & on at how wonderful this place is, so go and see for yourselves! Please book a table as demand is extremely high & tables are limited ( it was packed to the rafters when we went on a sunday afternoon). You won't regret it! you can combine this delicious eaterie with Cogels-Osylei & the church Sint-Norbertuskerk on Dageraadplaats! We will for sure be back again to see Amal & her wonderful team and to once again relish in the delight of an amazing meal! It's worth every single penny! Ik kan niet genoeg goede dingen zeggen over dit restaurant! Dit was niet mijn eerste bezoek, en opnieuw heeft het al mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Alles aan deze plek is fantastisch, van de warme en gastvrije sfeer tot de onberispelijke service. Het personeel behoort echt tot de vriendelijkste mensen die je ooit zult ontmoeten, altijd attent en vriendelijk.

Het eten is een echt hoogtepunt. Vers, heerlijk en vol smaak, met een unieke variëteit aan gerechten die perfect de mediterrane en Midden-Oosterse invloeden combineren. De originaliteit van het menu is indrukwekkend en biedt voor ieder wat wils.

De eigenaresse, Amal, is ongelooflijk gastvrij en zonder twijfel een van de aardigste mensen die ik ooit heb ontmoet, wat bijdraagt aan de algehele geweldige ervaring. Ik ben zo trots op je, Amal!

Het is de ideale plek voor een late ontbijt of brunch, en ik weet zeker dat ik keer op keer zal terugkeren.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! This wasn’t my first visit, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. Everything about this place is fantastic—from the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service. The staff are genuinely some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, always attentive and kind. The food is a true highlight. Fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, with a unique variety of dishes that perfectly blend Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. The originality of the menu is impressive, offering something special for everyone. The owner, Amal, is incredibly hospitable and genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I am too proud of you, Amal! It’s an ideal spot for a late breakfast or brunch, and I know I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommended—this place is a gem!

Je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses sur ce restaurant ! Ce n’était pas ma première visite, et une fois de plus, il a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Tout dans cet endroit est fantastique, de l’atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante au service impeccable. Le personnel est vraiment parmi les personnes les plus aimables que vous puissiez rencontrer, toujours attentif et gentil. La nourriture est un vrai point fort. Fraîche, délicieuse et pleine de saveurs, avec une variété unique de plats qui mélangent parfaitement les influences méditerranéennes et moyen-orientales. L’originalité du menu est impressionnante, offrant quelque chose de spécial pour tout le monde. Amazing breakfast experience for a very good price. The portions are just right and the presentation of the food makes for some great pictures. Everything was so full of flavour and tasted very authentic. We loved the Persian breakfast and the Lebanese breakfast and can’t wait to return to taste the other vegetarian options. The tea and coffee are also great and there are plant-based milk options available for your latte. And last but not least, the staff was super genuine and friendly, which created a very nice and positive atmosphere.
