Mia Pizza — Restaurant in Auderghem - Oudergem

My son proposed to change the name to "Yummy Pizza" and I need to agree with him! Our usual favourite is the 5 fromage, a perfect mix of creaminess and flavour! We also enjoy the hearty calzone but also the favourite of the public, the 4 seasons and the vegetarian one as well! If I feel like pampering myself I go for thier special pizzas, either the buratta with creme de truffe or the perfect la cocina (among others with courgettes, burrata pancetta and basilic!).

We really appreciate the base of the pizza, with crispy edges and tender core, but not at all thick. And all the options are a real treat - pizza night success even for the gourmets!

One more word about the soul of Mia Pizza Auderghem: the people! We are always welcomed with a smile and a good word, we get to talk about kids and family and joys and the little things in life while we wait for the pizza. It is a good and comforting feeling to meet the people who prepare your dinner.

I just love everything about this place. Their pizzas, their staff, their operational hours, their speed of preparation and delivery. I wouldn't say that they serve the authentic italian pizza, but what they make is super delicious. Within 10-20 euros you can have a completely full stomach. They never compromise on the quality and taste. They have almost all the varieties of pizza that you can probably find anywhere else. Very popular with everyone. Their fries need special appreciation, because you can rarely find such fries anywhere else. Amazingly shaped and well fried, always crunchy and good. Énorme coup de gueule à l'intention du responsable de chez Mia.

Nous avons commandé une pizza chez mia pizza Auderghem via takeaway le jeudi 1 avril.

Nous avons commandé la pizza via l'application au restaurant situé normalement à auderghem, à la chaussée de Wavre.

Une fois la commande passée (20h40), nous recevons une notification qui nous annoncait 1h d'attente, temps d'attente que nous avons trouvé correct étant donné la situation actuelle.

1h30 plus tard, j'appelle le restaurant pour savoir où en était ma commande. L'employé au téléphone, de manière désagréable et hautaine, m'indique que la pizza devrait arrivé dans les 5minutes qui suivent. Il nous à aussi expliqué que la commande arrivait du restaurant situé à Evere et non Auderghem.

Cette information aurait dû être mentionnée sur la page mia pizza sur l'application take away, qui à blâmer du coup ? Mia ou Takeaway ?

Finalement(22h45), les pizzas sont arrivées froides, en retard et le goût ne correspondait pas à nos attentes, étant donné le prix également.

Nous exigeons donc le remboursement intégrale de commande et j'invite également toutes les personnes à qui s'est arrivé de contester et de ne pas laisser ce restaurant continuer à traiter la clientèle de...
