I cannot say enough about Bulles De Princesse and it’s owner, Tanja. My Mother and I stumbled into this gorgeous champagne bar before a chocolate making class across the street, and I am SO glad we did. We loved the hospitality we received from Tanja so much that we stumbled back in after our class for another taste. The decor inside is stunningly done, each detail better than the next. The champagne flight was delicious as well as educational! She really knows a lot about champagne. If you are ever in Brugge, do not skip this place. Seriously, don’t skip it! I spent my New Year's Eve here and I think it was one of the best choices ever. In terms of atmosphere, decoration, music, food and of course champagne!

This was my first experience in a champagne bar and the nice owner Tanja gave a good explanation about each champagne selection and also the food pairings were very good, all delicious! And she made sure about the comfort of each guest.
