Went in to have dinner, straightaway ordered Tom Yum while waiting for wife and kids to arrive at the hotel. Once my wife arrived and inquired if the food was halal they confirmed they do not serve halal food she only ordered shrimp rolls from the starter menu while I was waiting for my soup as we decided to go else where to find halal restaurant.

The waitress after realising us not ordering more than one soup and shrimp rolls asked us to move away from the 5 seat table to 2 seat table just because we didn't order anymore dishes although our initial plan was to have dinner if they were serving halal food. I had to ask my wife and 3 young kids aling with a 3 year old kid to wait outside the restaurant on the road full of taxis and horse buggys.

The waitress was extremely rude and tried blaming on the manager. I have travelled alot around the world but have never experienced such bad and rude behaviour in any restaurant. I cannot comment much on their food as only had the soup but staff and management are...

DON’T GO HERE! I wish i had seen the reviews before coming here. The food took more than an hour to come (probably longer if I hadn’t kept asking where it is) and when I asked why it took so long, I was gaslit and lied to. They tried to tell me other people got their food first because they came before me, when I watched those people as they came in and sat down long after me. The truth is that they had so many online delivery orders that we could see the drivers picking up but they refuse to acknowledge this. Your dine-in customers should always come first. I had to miss my brewery tour and my train back, and not once did they apologize for the horrible service. And the food wasn’t worth it at all, absolutely no taste or spices. I had to ask for fresh chillies and she made a rude face. Completely ignored me when I walked out. A horrible end to my beautiful...

The experience was so awful... The food was just ok, but the service was something out of a horror film. Each time that we tried to order or say something to the waiter, he turned his back on us. He left us talking to the walls, he shouted at us because we complaint about his taking away un unfinished bottle of beer without asking if he might. And he went on attacking us and pushed me from behind. I could not believe it and told him not to touch me. My cousin and I wanted separate checks, but he refused and after charging my cousins credit card , he threw it at her. He did not give us any receipt. We were with my 8 year son and this experience was so surreal, it almost ruined a one day visit to this beautiful city. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. We were sitting at the table shown in the picture above. Really, our worst experience at a...

Ate dinner here, service surprisingly slow as I was the only person in the resturant.Caused by food delivery pickups. The food was so bland that you would imagine they had run out of chillis. I asked for some fresh chilli to add to my food and they provided fresh and a homemade paste which saved the day! There was a distinct lack of Thai herbs, galangal or lemon grass in the dishes. Thai food cheaply made. The people of Bruges do not like spicy food at all so ask up front if they can make your food like you would eat in Thailand

Little cozy restaurant, but very slow service. We only had a Tom Kha Khai (thai spicy soup) and a Shrimp Pad thai, and it took 45 minutes. The pad thai was good with a good amount of food, but the soup... jeez, it was too salty, it was really hard to eat the whole bole, but since I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes, I didn't send it back. Next time I stop by Bruges, I'd rather eat some fries and waffles, it'll be better.

This place is amazing. The food is incredibly delicious and the service is fun, fast and very efficient. The waiter was so kind and we even got some sort of pumpkin appetizer for free and it was beyond delicious. I got the best vegetarian meal I could ever wish for in brugge and my friend had a delicious pork meal she couldn't even finish. We're stuffed and very satisfied. Would recommend this place to everyone!
