Absolutely shocking service, no idea about the products they are serving. When answering questions you are met with a blank stare, possibly language barrier however not something I have experienced anywhere in Brussels. They mistakenly gave my food to the table of two next to me, as that lady had also ordered Croquettes. She proceeded to eat it, then when they came out of the kitchen with the couples real order, he had fish she had croquettes, they realised the mistake and just gave her croquettes to me!! Needless to say I had ordered cheese croquettes not shrimp croquettes. What if I had an allergic reaction to seafood?? They then presented the couple with a free bowl of frites (chips) to apologise for the mishap… no apologies to me! I then ordered a bowl of frites for myself as the two croquettes one get for €17 is a pathetic serving, so small. Only for these to be ruined by the bottle of mustard having gone off and spraying liquid out of the bottle (not mustard). Such a pity as the Automobile Museum was such a treat, so lovely to look at all the old cars only to be ruined by the cafe experience run by two people who have never worked in...
Read moreGenuinely never experienced service like this. Multiple servers were not busy and it took 5 minutes for anyone to come to us, they were busy talking to each other. 16:35 we order two lemonades. In that time they clean all the tables and put all the chairs away. Between then and now, 17:00 we never got our lemonades. Instead one of the servers girlfriends who arrived 5 minutes before closing received her drink within 2 minutes. We simply left as we had the feeling that even if we got our lemonades since it was past closing time they would be rushing us out.
At no point did they say they were closing soon or couldn’t serve us, they took our order seemingly fine then just ignored us the rest of our 25 minutes there. Do...
