Snack Libanais — Restaurant in Etterbeek

The food was ok, even delicious in some dishes. The attendance was horrible. They really don't know how to put the client at good. When I arrived there was a strong sense of agitation in the air cos they are not used to lot of customers. They cancelled my order because they thought I could not pay by cash. Incredible that we still have places that doesn't accept card ( money laundering ). In the end the give me a very small durum (ridiculous) and they forget one of our orders. If you're passing by, avoid if is full of people they don't know how...

Customer services is precarious, they need to have a better approach with clients, I asked the vendor to warn up a bit more my kebab and the answer was “it’s no the first time you come here, we always do it” for the simple reason I asked them. it’s no the first time either they will treat me like if I am asking a favor, I wouldn’t say the food is good here, rather is convenient for the location and no other competitors around, I guess that the reason they allow themselves to treat you in rude way....

Very nice offer of the Mediterranean cuisine. Quality of food is good. Salads are a bit salty. The halloomie, falafels and the nice offer of tasty dishes turns this place in a real come back.

Only real negative point is the communication... French and English are very basic and directive. But you can feel that most of the staff is doing the best they can to deliver you a good lunch.
