Everything on this menu is divine and the friendly staff will give you excellent suggestions. We were taste testing for an upcoming party and the best of the best was the shrimp in cream sauce, beef carpacio, osso bucco, saffron risotto, lobster pasta, and crepes. Honestly blown away by the flavors and impeccable execution. It's all delicious. The sommelier is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate native Italian persom I've met fine dining. Everything about this place absolutely sucked. The random decoration, the office style blinds at the back, the cramped tables. That's even before we had an interaction with any personnel there. They were so rude. We had to wait well over an hour for our food, when we complained, the waiter began by saying "if you don't like it, you can leave" but he stopped before the end as even he knew that was too far. He deflected all blame to the kitchen, no apology, just an arrogant shrug. When my food did come, it was awful. Pasta undercooked, and over salted. It was a drizzly evening, nearing 9 p.m. I hadn't had time to book a restaurant for my impromptu trip to Brussels, and many good restaurants were fully booked. Hungry, I opened the map and saw a nearby Italian restaurant, Ottanta. I called, and they were kind enough to accommodate me.
