J'ai toujours aimé les plats préparés chez Exki. Or, cette fois-ci, l'experience a été horrible. Certes, les plats étaient bons (soupe de petit pois, salade avec un nom exotique et un morceau de pain aux raisins secs). Premiere chose. En plein hiver, sur les dits pains, il y avait des insectes (espece de petits mouches, voir photo ci-joint) qui m'ont suivi jusqu'a ma table. Deuxieme chose, en allant aux toilettes au sous-sol, j'ai constaté une intense puanteur des que j'ai ouvert la porte qui donnait aux escaliers. Aux toilettes, l'air etait irrespirable, le sol était sale et il n'y avait meme pas du savon pour se laver les mains. J'aurais bien voulu en parler au manager (s'il y en avait, je ne suis pas sur, je n'ai pas vu que du personnel debordé), mais je devais filer vite au cinéma. Exki est sensé etre un resto qui sert de la bouffe saine. Or, on ne peut pas qualifier de saine des plats vendus dans cette situation. Grosse déception, je penserai deux fois avant d'y retourner. Attention au community manager: Il ne suffit pas de copier/coller une reponse en langue de bois... je m'attends à une reponse concrète sur cette situation.

An awful cappuccino, even in a pinch it was a terrible choice. Bitter, foam sets in, and from a fully automatic machine. Can't see how it's worth €4 or worth drinking at any price. The sandwich was okay, not bad, not great. Tartes aux legumes was very good, but doesn't make up for a mediocre sandwich and an awful coffee. :(

I think this place is cozy. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but you do receive good products. I’ve tried the hot chocolate, and the chai latte. My main complaint would probably be that the drinks I order are regularly served lukewarm, not hot. I find they become cold much too quickly, which is upsetting.

As a client, you need to pay to use the bathroom. One gets a voucher in exchangefor 50cents, but too late to use this of course. There are so many other ways for restaurants to control access - this one feels particularly not centered on clients needs. Talked to a member of staff who could have solved it there and then allowing us to use the bathroom. It didn't cross his mind... until we left the restaurant by whichtime we were totally annoyed by the situation. Maybe they could introduce tokens that you get...

I ordered 2 coffees through the self checkout, however the 50ct coupon I got from going to the toilet wasn't accepted on the machine. (which wasn't clear until after payment was completed, the machine beeped upon scanning, but there was no overview of my order/bill) When I asked the lady behind the counter to reimburse me, she made a pretty big deal of it. Very strange behaviour. She was also yelling at a confused customer when I entered the place. Maybe she was just...

The place is fine, but the girl who served me was not very friendly. But worse, MUCH MUCH worse is there is NO SOAP in the men's toilet !! Not the first time in Brussels I've seen that ! What is wrong with these people ? How can I consider they are even working in sanitary conditions if they can't even be bothered to check that ? Do they even keep their food preparation areas clean I wonder ? Only in Belgium in Europe do I ever find that, toilets...
