Absolute service disaster! Stuff not paying attention to the orders and work related duties. Had incorrect food in my order, served as eat in place (while in order marked “take away”). No straw and napkins in the package. Ready to pick up orders are not marked on the screen, stuff is not announcing numbers. Have been standing more then 20 minutes while the order was ready! And all this time stuff was chatting between themselves, someone’s of the stuff friend came - another conversation. While big amount of orders are being prepared and crowd in the line waiting for it.. one of the stuff went to the room (is just next to the main room) to brush her hair. Only when run out of patience and asked about the order they confirmed it was waiting for 20 minutes. I can understand that people should not stress about the work, and rush is not good, but stuff must be explained that they are working in the airport where people have limited time and private communication is better to have when there is no such huge workload waiting.
