Stood in a queue for over 25 minutes until it opened despite staff standing talking doing nothing. When I asked for a panini I was told No just a point blank no, no explanation, when I asked what can I have? She just kept shouting NO NO NO then grabbed me a freezing panic to which I declined and asked for a pan au chocolate which I needed 3 of, she flung it in a bag and I asked again what can I have she screamed NO, at this point I asked for her supervisor manager and all 3 staff to day there isn't one, I asked her name and she declined and held her card covering it so I have taken a picture of her as she won't give details or get manager. Threw away our receipt but then forgot how many coffees we ordered and completely forgot about the chocolate milk. Then scoffed and rolled with their eyes when we said that we ordered four and they only gave three. Didn´t give our chocolate milk either, when asked about it she rudely denied it but eventually gave it.
