Despite drinks and snacks being of great quality, especially for an airport, I was very disappointed by the communication of one bartender. I come here 5 times a year, so a familiar client. I am not sure if I will come back because there were four bartenders working behind the bar (not doing cleaning work) and I was tenth in line to wait but it took them 20 min before they could even take my order. I had been very patient and I could see the person right in front of me was also fed up with waiting. He already had his beer and there was no client in front of him, still he had to wait 5 min before he could pay. Since all bartenders were stuff behind the bar, but only one was helping clients and it took so long before we could pay, I kindly asked the one who was serving drinks if we could pay. His direct ‘biting’ answer was that I can also go to another bar. I said I only asked a polite question in a assertive but kind way. He answered sarcastically ‘I am kind too’. I answered: “No it is not kind that if I client asks a polite question you straight direct them to go to another bar. That there is also something like hospitality.” My cappuccino and bread was also in front of me, all I wanted to do is pay. I went to my seat and after, really, two clients in the line behind me came to me and said they thought the same thing in the line, that I shouldn’t feel bad about my question and that the bartender was really arrogant. I hope this feedback can mean something positive for the bar in the future and that the customer experience might improve again to a kind service. The other bartenders didn’t show the same behaviour so nothing to comment on that. But they were not busy helping clients, doing other things...
Read moreThe worst place ever! The staff doesn’t speak English at all which is insane especially because it’s an airport and you have people coming from everywhere. Then, the glasses they gave us for our little Prosecco, were full of lipstick and when I decided to pointing out, the 3 staff members were annoyed. They were laughing at me and my sis for doing that until we left which was unbelievable. There were 3 staff members standing there like lemons who couldn’t even bother to clean up the tables and the floor. That’s mad!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. So embarrassing that a brand like that have employees behaving this way....
