Leffe Pub - Charleroi — Restaurant in Charleroi

The staff is very rude and mind you I am pregnant standing there with my big belly but that did not stop them to treat me as such. I was standing in line to order. As I ordered 2 croissants and 2 donuts the person helping me put them all 4 in 1 bag. I asked if he could them in 2 bags. He was not pleased, but still did it. I continued to order a cup of tea but i wanted to know the flavours so i asked him what flavours he has. He grabbed the box of tea and pounded it in front of me. I was not amused so i told him to keep kalm. He said: did you say that i should keep kalm? I said yes. He said okay than go away! He put everything i ordered back and showed the way to the exit and said leave! So i asked another employee to call the manager for me. To my surprise he said that was the manager. Such behaviour should not be acceptable when you work in a restaurant/cafe or towards...

Déception total, arrivé dans cet endroit à 4h55 voulant acheter une bouteille d'eau rien n'indiquant que les lieux sont fermé. Nous croisons alors sœur sourire qui nous jette un "c'est fermé hein" tout en jouant avec son smartphone. Je lui indique que rien ne signale la fermeture de cet endroit et ne reçoit aucune réponse de sa part !!! Nous décidons donc d'attendre l'ouverture qui se fait à 5h05 avec la joie de vivre ( n'a clairement pas envie de travailler) Je trouve que ce genre de personne ne doivent tout simplement pas travailler dans des lieux publics à forte affluence.
