Starbucks — Restaurant in Charleroi

Very bad service!!! The staff were so rude and disgusting!

Last Friday 3/05 around 8:00 in the morning we arrived at the airport, I ordered a size of grande of cappuccino and when I got it, it was so little. I asked the guy who assisted me to fill it again with the proper amount of cappuccino. He tried to convince me that it was the proper amount but I disagreed. Until he started to be rude and poured my coffee in the sink while shaking the coffee cup and hitting the open mouth of it into the sink and put it back in the machine to get another coffee! 🤢🤮 Then the other staff came to me and interrupted trying to explain that cappuccino should be like that foamy trying to make me fool as if we don’t have Starbucks in Scandinavia! It was so FRUSTRATING coz never I have encountered this kind of service in other Starbucks ONLY in this airport in Charleroi, Brussels!

I’d rather have no coffee than buying again in this coffee shop!

There were not many people waiting when we ordered. But they took a lot of time preparing just two cold drinks. My drink which was a orange mango, had nothing special and I feel like throwing away my money away! There are places to sit on itrerior and exterior which is a positivie point. On the other side, the tables no where were clean! The drinks were nothing special, but expensive ! Half my drink bottle had ice and less of a drink! Its a disappointment to see these things on the Starbucks of capital...

I arrived to Starbucks at Charleroi after my flight with my toddler. Because I didnt have coffee in the am and I was waiting for my partner I got myself a coffee (normally he gets it for me). I was greeted by superfriendly and nice staff today (2 young females on 26th Aug), which is not always the case here. Coffee was great taste, babyccino too.
