La croisette — Restaurant in Dinant

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was extremely rude, especially the woman at the counter, who was dismissive and unfriendly from the start. To make things worse, my food had a hair in it, which was absolutely disgusting. When I brought it to their attention and asked for a refund, they refused and acted like it was my fault. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would never come back and definitely do not recommend this...

Unfortunately this is a place to AVOID. Very unpleasant, unfriendly with bad service. For some reason they only accept cash and they don't have many choices of flavors.

Also, you can buy the ice cream but they don't explain that you cannot sit and eat it there. I guess you have to pay extra to sit!?! They literally shoo you away.
