Nub — Restaurant in Ghent

I've already visited two smash burger restaurants in Brussels, and Nub in Gent is the third to compare. What I can say is that at Nub, the classic buns were delicious in terms of flavor and texture, and the burger itself was also deliciously thin and juicy. Usually, the meat is dry or too dry, but that wasn't the case at Nub. I tasted the cheese, onion, and pickles—that's all it needed, and the burger was beautifully presented. The sweet potato was deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The place isn't too big, has a terrace, and is large enough for a quick burger, but not for sitting for a long time. Cutest burger place in the town .. The burger comes in two super fluffy and fresh buns ..you have so many options for meat ( halal ) and chicken and also vegetarian burgers .. Tried 3 different type of burgers. Classic, special, and troufle. Classic one was mid, just something u eat to eat, not for the taste. The special, was spicy. The cashier said that it’s gonna be a little bit spicy, but honestly it was a lot. And the troufle, was really 8/10, like very good, so i recommend.
