A very confusing booking from the get go. Group menu selections were incredibly misleading. The communication in planning such a big event is seems to have been overwhelming for the restaurant. Important details missed and not the best at communicating important factors like dietary requirements and allergies. Completely banned from having any drinks outside the menu that was selected for the group (for example not everyone wants to drink wine or beer). I asked for medium rare steak and it felt like it was butchered and set on fire, virtually tasteless. The wait time for food was incredibly long, the wait for soft drinks even longer (I waited almost 40 minutes for a Coke Zero). Service was confusing and muddled. Allergies were not well communicated (despite giving all the information in advance 4 times). Some members of our group didn’t receive what they ordered, which made the entire process of selecting in advance almost pointless. Otherwise a lovely building, just a shame about everything else.
