My husband and I decided to go to the Gent De Sterre location of your Pizza hut for the Pizza buffet which we have gone to in numerous locations here including Locristi.
Your sign directly in the front door says pizza buffet 10 euros per person between noon and 2 pm. NO WHERE is there any signage or description that says salad bar Not included. And even after adding to the bill we were told only one trip to salad bar..On to of that the older server grabbed my husband arm and told him (No you cant have soup with pizza buffet only salad) when he went for a cup of tomato soup. Again NO SIGNAGE OR NOTATIONS ANYWHERE saying this.
Every time we've had the pizza buffet the salad bar was included .
So my concerns are your LACK of descriptions anywhere describing the rules and different policies from place to place and your employees believing grabbing arms and disciplining customers when you clearly dont explain or post your buffet policy is absolutely UNacceptable !
You also advertise Chefs menu for 14€.showing a foto of Vlaams stoverij.....in small print you add 3.80€ for that exact dish you show in the placement advertisement.
That is Extremely deceptive..
After having been a customer of Pizza Hut for over 5 decades I can reassure you this was my most disappointing experience.
And for employees putting there hands on customers I can assure you this is a Failure of policies above her..
This is my original email to Valerie at Top Brands (Pizza Hut parent company).
Absolutely no response.. speaks volumes of there concerns of customer service...

Food and Offerings: The pizzas are tasty, but the “regular” size is quite small – more suitable for children or as a light snack. Unlimited soft drinks are available from a self-serve fountain, and there's also a soft-serve ice cream machine with a variety of toppings, which adds a fun touch to the meal.
Service: The staff is friendly and polite, though the service can be a bit slow, especially when the restaurant is busy.
Parking: Free parking is available in front of the restaurant, which is a big plus, especially in a city setting.
Conclusion: Pizza Hut in Ghent offers the familiar franchise experience in a pleasant setting. A great choice for a quick meal or break while shopping, especially if you enjoy classic flavors, unlimited drinks, and appreciate the convenience of free parking. Recommended, with a little patience for...
Read moreWent for the buffet. The bottom was quite thick and with a lot of oil in it giving it a soft and inflated texture with on top quite little topping or meat. I tasted all the different pizza's and they gave all the same taste experience apart from the toppings. I can imagine that if you just go for quantity over quality, you get a good deal but if you value quality, then this is no good for you. I really felt ripped off. I stopped half way because i couldn't take it anymore. It was like everything was done to make those pizza's as cheap as possible. Understandably a cost effective strategy. I have been to other pizza hut locations before and there I always had great pizza's (non-buffet). Hence my disappointment at this occasion. I can't say but probably the non buffet pizza's are made in a different way and would taste a lot better. I won't be...
