Brunch a Lotte — Restaurant in Hasselt

I visited Brunch a Lotte twice during my short stay in Hasselt, and it was simply amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, making sure I had a table even on a busy Sunday with reservations. The food was perfect, the drinks were great and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming and cozy.

It seems like it would be a nice place for brunch and the staff were friendly, just be aware that you need to make a reservation if you want to go on Sunday and want to have a brunch board, else it’s not really worth the price. Ik voel me helaas genoodzaakt om deze review te schrijven (iets wat ik zelden of nooit doe) Onze reservatie werd, ondanks meerdere pogingen, NOOIT genoteerd. Daar stonden we dan met onze vrijgezelle groep... Nadat iemand van onze groep een slechte review schreef kregen we wel de obligatoire excuses, enkel kloppen de feiten niet. Het gaat niet om een eenmalige vergising helaas... Mail op 24/01 is onbeantwoord gebleven Mail op 21/05 is onbeantwoord gebleven Telefonisch contact gehad op 23/05 waar ik al de nodige excuses kreeg en de boodschap "stuur naar dit nummer een sms en we noteren het". onbeantwoorde sms op 23/05 onbeantwoorde telefoon op 6/06 onbeantwoorde sms op 6/06 telefonisch contact op 7/06 met wederom excuses en het alternatief om op terras te zitten met een dekentje... ?!

Uiteraard is vergissen menselijk, en daar kan ik echt begrip voor opbrengen, maar dit is nog moeilijk te aanvaarden als 'een vergissing'.
