Never visit the place if you are hungry, because the wait times and the time to have your order served are insane. The service is lethargic and inefficient. We waited for more than an hour after our order was fulfilled. As we were quite hungry, when we "gently" reminded the cashier that we have a cranky and hungry toddler to eat as well, he rolled his eyes. And in 30 seconds he brought out our cold food from the kitchen. Perhaps the food was already prepared, but, was waiting in the kitchen for a long time. All of that apart, the food was well prepared, plated, tasty nevertheless. Our advice - The service needs to match the hard work the chefs are putting in or else the place is going down...

There's nothing below average about this restaurant so it's hard to find anything to criticise. Standard food delivery times. Nice interior and amazing staff which constantly (but not annoyingly often) makes sure everything's okay. Food has affordable prices, campated to the rest of the town restaurants. Food was good but service was terrible. Asked for a delivery at home at 7.30pm but the food (warm sushi rolls) was already delivered at. 7pm. Also, the delivery was not complete and certain items were missing. When we called to mention this, we were said the missing were gonna be delivered asap. After a 2 hour wait, they were delivered on the doorstep... the person bringing them didn't even wait for us to open the door (no apologies, vouchers, etc.).
