Manhattn's Burgers — Restaurant in Ixelles - Elsene

We love Manhattn's Burgers and specially Bondael's. We like to give us pleasure and quality at the same time, for an unbeatable price. What to say about the staff? They are always there to make us feel at home, whether in place or when we order food, the service is more than perfect. Unfortunately, we had a little issue with the delivery company (not Manhattan's) and the staff were at the other side of the line helping us to find a solution, with a lot of empathy, care for us and patience. We even got more than we expected... Many thanks to you all, specially Stella (sorry there are mistakes in the spelling). Stella is the paradigm of professional, I have even never seen her, but I would always want people like Stella in my company. Once again, many thanks to you all. When we feel like eating burgers or fries, we don't think twice......

I had a terrible experience at thise resturent due to the extremely unprofessional staff. From the moment I walked in, the service was chaotic and disorganized. The staff members were rude and inattentive, barely acknowledging customers or addressing concerns.

When I tried to get assistance with my order, the waiter acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They were unfriendly and even raised their voice when I politely asked for clarification on the menu. To make matters worse, it took ages for the food to arrive, and no one bothered to check on us during the meal.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

A great burger spot in Ixelles. Friendly and very quick service. The food is delicious and fresh.

We had lunch here. They have vegetarian options - a falafel burger and a falafel salad. It was quiet at lunch time but it can get busy at dinner time.

It's a simple menu but everything was very tasty. Crispy fries and delicious burger buns. The spicy sauce is really good! Get whatever burgers have the spicy sauce on it. The vegetarian options are full of flavour and the falafel patty was great.

There is seating for about 20 people inside. It's a comfortable place to be.

Definitely one of the best burger outlets...
