Komfort coffee & wine — Restaurant in Leuven

I would NOT recommend going there! The atmosphere and design are nice but the waiters’ attitudes are quite annoying. I went there with 2 friends of mine. We ordered 3 coffees and stayed there to study for about 2-3 hours. However, after a while, the waiter asked for our second orders, even though we didn’t call her. We didn’t spend the entire day with just a coffee but a couple of hours. And we were disturbed by the waiter while studying. There are many other options in Leuven, like Madmum, where you don’t have to deal with waiters staring at you to order...

We came here first time as two customers, ordered two coffees, and sat for 3.5 hrs. The café was almost empty during this time, and we were not taking seats from anyone else. Suddenly, one staff members came over and implied us to leave, insisting we had been sitting there for 5 hrs, which was not true!! I came here after visiting the store next door. The service was amazing the ladies were very patient with me picking a slice of cake and I ended up with a banana cake 🍌. And it was AMAZING!, they also went above and beyond by giving me a table and chair outside just for me and made me feel special....
