I went here with a friend during lunch time but our experience wasn't too great. The waiter was quickly asking for our food order but we had to halt her to also get our drink order in. One of our glasses was really dirty. One of the dishes (risotto) was wrong, we received pasta instead and it took about another 20 minutes to get a replacement risotto. However this risotto contained chicken even though we repeated we didn't want the optional chicken. Not wanting to return a dish a second time we just ate half of it. What an unpleasant diner out... beautiful place, food is medium (classic italian, not top level) but the service was terrible. Here we go: wrong starters, wrong drinks, confusing waiters, two hours waiting for main dish, waiters running arround having no clue who ordered what... then we got our main dish, one dish was wrong because the ordered one was suddenly not available. We noticed it, mentioned it, had to order another dish, so another 15min waiting... we got a compensation for the missing dish, and drinks from the house, guess what, wrong drinks again! We visited for lunch, and although the place wasn’t very crowded (only 4-5 occupied tables with about 20-25 people), it took 20 minutes just to receive a menu. After ordering, we waited another 30 minutes, only to be informed that one of the dishes couldn’t be prepared due to a missing ingredient, so it would be removed from our bill.
